    One person was running this place. I waited 40 minutes and 30 of those minutes was after the guy ahead of me left. I ended up leaving without my blood being drawn because I had to go back to work.

    I had visited this location before and had a terrific experience with the tech who was a gentleman so I returned here today. I was a walk-in and the waiting room was empty when I arrived around 8:30 am. After waiting for about 10 minutes, a lady came out and called my name. The ensuing experience was most unpleasant, leading me to write this review. This tech said not one word more than she absolutely had to: name, DOB, referring doctor, sign here, sit there, which arm. I tried to tell her I am usually a bit nervous but she said nothing. Didn’t even warn me before plunging the needle into my arm. Dismissed me as abruptly as she greeted me. She did get the draw in one shot so I’m giving a few stars for competency. However, her cold and unfriendly demeanor sent chills down my spine. If you’ve never truly felt like you were just a number and an inconvenience to someone, it is shocking. QUEST: please conduct regular QA and heed your customers’ feedback. No one that uncaring should be in this line of work.

    I came as a walk-in at 7:00am and was out by 7:30, even with 4 people ahead of me. Jeremy is very friendly and made me feel relaxed. I'd love to get my blood stolen by him again! 😁

    Always a great experience. Fast and excellent service. Joe is always in the greatest attitude and is extremely careful - I never feel anything when I come here! I’d rather drive a little extra just to make it to this Quest! Thank you for your energy

    I had to take my 1 year old daughter to get a blood draw. After looking at reviews for labcorp and quest and after reading the reviews for this location and the comments we decided to take her here. We had Joe and he did a FANTASTIC job!!! He explained to me that if he had problems finding her vein he wouldn't try sticking her and would stick her once and if that didn't work would ask if I wanted him to try one more time after which he would not try again. Well he found a good vein and did a great job. Getting blood drawn is not fun for adults but when it's your baby it's even worse. I couldn't have imagine it going any better than it did. We will be going here to get blood drawn or test done in the future. Also the wait was short, which I can imagine varies but they also you can sign in from your phone and they will text you when ready so you don't have to sit in the lobby which is particularly great now.
