- DDDana DeekmannMay 24, 20221.0One person was running this place. I waited 40 minutes and 30 of those minutes was after the guy ahead of me left. I ended up leaving without my blood being drawn because I had to go back to work.
- NSNathalie SDec 27, 20212.0I had visited this location before and had a terrific experience with the tech who was a gentleman so I returned here today. I was a walk-in and the waiting room was empty when I arrived around 8:30 am. After waiting for about 10 minutes, a lady came out and called my name. The ensuing experience was most unpleasant, leading me to write this review. This tech said not one word more than she absolutely had to: name, DOB, referring doctor, sign here, sit there, which arm. I tried to tell her I am usually a bit nervous but she said nothing. Didnât even warn me before plunging the needle into my arm. Dismissed me as abruptly as she greeted me. She did get the draw in one shot so Iâm giving a few stars for competency. However, her cold and unfriendly demeanor sent chills down my spine. If youâve never truly felt like you were just a number and an inconvenience to someone, it is shocking. QUEST: please conduct regular QA and heed your customersâ feedback. No one that uncaring should be in this line of work.

After looking at reviews for labcorp and quest and after reading the reviews for this location and the comments we decided to take her here. We had Joe and he did a FANTASTIC job!!! He explained to me that if he had problems finding her vein he wouldn't try sticking her and would stick her once and if that didn't work would ask if I wanted him to try one more time after which he would not try again. Well he found a good vein and did a great job. Getting blood drawn is not fun for adults but when it's your baby it's even worse. I couldn't have imagine it going any better than it did. We will be going here to get blood drawn or test done in the future. Also the wait was short, which I can imagine varies but they also you can sign in from your phone and they will text you when ready so you don't have to sit in the lobby which is particularly great now.

Please be aware that when you visit a Quest Patient Service Center:
⢠Scheduled appointments are strongly encouraged and will receive priority. Please arrive and check in 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you check in more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be served as a walk-in.

Should I be fasting?
Fasting before a blood draw means you donât eat or drink anything except water. If your test requires it, don't forget to fast for 8-12 hours before your appointment. What should IâŻbring to my appointment?
Please arrive and check in 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you check in more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be served as a walk-in.
You should bring the following to your appointment:
â˘A lab order from your doctor. If your doctor did not give you a paper order, check with them to see if they sent it electronically.
â˘Photo identification listing your first name, last name, and date of birth (for example, a driver's license, government issued photo ID, Passport, or Green Card).
â˘Current health insurance information.
â˘Credit, debit, or health savings card. You will be asked to preauthorize payment for any balance due after your insurance is billed.
Itâs important to also know if your test requires fasting the day before and/or morning of your appointment. Your healthcare provider should have indicated this on your lab order or during your visit. Learn more aboutâŻfasting before a lab test.
Note:âŻChildcare is not available and the waiting area is not attended. Some testing protocols, such as drug screenings or pre-employment screenings, have strict rules which do not allow children to accompany the patient during sample collection. If you have questions about your testing protocols, please contact your healthcare professional or employer for additional information.
How do I check in when I arrive?
Sign in using the Check-in kiosk, or if not available, sign the clipboard at the front desk. Please be prepared to present a valid photo ID and insurance information. Be sure to mark the reason for your visit when signing in.
If you were unable to preregister ahead of time, and would like to do so, you may be able to complete the registration process if you arrive a few minutes early at a Quest Patient Service Center that has a Check-in kiosk. When you check in with your mobile number, you may be asked if you want to complete the registration process on your smartphone while you wait.
My doctor told me they would send over an order. Do you have it?
If your doctor said they would send us the order electronically or via fax, there is no need to confirm that we have the order. If we do not have the order, we will call the doctor to obtain it when you arrive at our Quest Patient Service Center. To prevent delays, be sure to visit our location during your doctorâs office hours or obtain a copy of your order from your doctor.
How soon after my visit will my doctor receive my lab test results?
Turnaround times for test results can vary. If you have a MyQuest account, your test results will be delivered to your account as soon as they are available. This can take 2-5 business days from the time the sample is received, depending on your test.
You should always follow up with your doctor to discuss your results.
