I truly felt heard and understood for once with great customer service. Everything was explained and my responses/reactions were not questioned. Service was quick. Cole made sure that everyone was happy and needs were met. We left with new glasses for 2 boys (8 and 11) and were done, ordered, checked out and finish our grocery shopping in less then 40 minutes and that was allowing each boy to pick out all the styles/colors and brands that they wanted to try. Truly the m Best customer service that we’ve had in a long time and we will return simply because Cole happened to be there that night and made one tedious mom task bearable! Thank you Cole!!
