For being newly renovated they seem to have a lot of issues and it’s really getting old. You look dumb when you have so many ppl complaining and you’re just taking your time to fix something that’s broken. What a horrible company.

The staff is friendly and helpful too. However, the men's locker room is like taking a walk back in time 50 years. It's a very strange layout and very old. No towels, no locks, everything cheap. If you have used a LifeTime locker room, you will understand.
