  I’ve been coming to this location for more than a year now, and I’ve seen a huge change in my flexibility, breathing, and muscle control. I had done mat Pilates before. This feels even better! Love Club Pilates. Love working with Michelle Friday mornings! Whether it’s the regular Reformer class or Cardio Sculpt, she always challenges us, both physically and our minds, and I leave the session completely having worked out my muscles and my brain, as well as nicely stretched. She’s also very kind and approachable!!! Thanks, Michelle!

  I have been a member for over a year at the Chesterfield club. The classes have helped me with flexibility and balance. The teachers are knowledgeable, especially Peggy, who has helped me increase my endurance and overall skills. She makes class effective and fun! I recommend pilates as a great exercise at any age.

  A huge shout-out to Peggy Wilhelm from Club Pilates Chesterfield. She is an absolutely amazing pilates instructor. I recently moved back to Chesterfield and my first class was with her! Wow! She creates such a fun and safe environment for everyone in her classes, and she teaches all levels and all varieties of Club pilates classes. Her music is the absolute best and she literally has a smile on her face for every class. I know it's going to be a good day after a class with Peggy. Everyone walks out of her classes feeling relaxed and feeling stronger! She really motivates her classes to remember Pilates basics even when the classes get harder. Thanks Peggy for your welcoming personality and for teaching a variety of classes. I love them all! Chris Meek

  This is an intimate studio with a very driven staff, dedicated to its members success. Always greeted like family upon arrival and feels like home. I’m no stranger to fitness, and I’m happy I brought reformer Pilates into my life a few years ago. A huge thank you to all the instructors I’ve had along the way.Peggy & Jill who taught me to leave my ego at the door and learn to incorporate small weights into my fitness routine.It was game changer to my overall effectiveness in both the studio and the gym. Recently, Joni had been the biggest asset and full of knowledge to help me be successful in my Pilates practice. She’s a real gem. She cares and works hard. I’ve also found Sunday morning reset with Paige. She’s like my personal physical therapist in helping me learn to center and balance my body.   I have been coming to Club Pilates Chesterfield since shortly after they opened. I have taken many classes from Peggy during this time and I highly recommend her classes. The energy in her class is always positive and supportive, and she ensures a safe workout experience. What sets Peggy apart is her ability to challenge you while still making her classes fun, accessible and encouraging. She offers modifications when needed and pushes you just enough to help you get stronger each week. I’ve noticed real improvements in my core strength, posture, and overall fitness since starting.
