  The people at the front desk are extremely rude. When calling to cancel or make an appointment there’s one lady who’s extremely nasty and will hang up if she so pleases. She had done this to me so many times it made me cry and feel completely embarrassed for trying to schedule appointments.

  Dr Kelley, is super rude not friendly. Took my family member here and they had a horrible experience.

  TLDR: Terrible Front Office. Should have read the other review before making an appointment. I called ahead an hour and a half early to confirm my appointment with Dr. Rubio. I spoke with Patty who confirmed my visit was at 10am, she did not say anything else about the visit. I have previously been to Boone Hospital and had tests ran. They referred me to Dr. Rubio at this Center, so the receptionist at the hospital scheduled an appointment for me and advised all paperwork would carry over since it is a part of the Boone Hospital. I arrived around 10:08 and made my way to Patty at the front desk. She then proceeds to tell me that I cannot be seen today because I am over 15 minutes late for my appointment. I was also informed that they had "No paperwork on file".. After asking what paperwork I needed to fill out, she says "Let me see what we have...." Her co-worker then starts to chime in and join the discussion, she is equally rude. After a brief discussion, they try setting up an appointment for a different day...NO THANK! I walked out and told them I would find a different primary care physician. FRONT DESK IS NON HELPFUL AND RUDE!

  They advertise as a walk in clinic, that is a lie. And the unpreposessing mongoloid at the front desk is rude. In short not worth the time.
