- KAKatie AJan 17, 20261.0Waited for my prescription since Tuesday, called then, they said they don’t trust their patients they only allow a 1 day swing. So we put off leaving to St. Louis because of this then today it should be ready then they tell us it’s not ready and won’t be until 2-3pm. So they do not care at all about their customers. Tricare (my insurance) isn’t at auburn pharmacy otherwise we’d definitely still be there, we were with them for years and never one issue but this is the first and last prescription I’ll ever get filled with gerbes. Ugh I’m disgusted with the way they treat people! Sasha the pharmacist knew since Tuesday we were waiting on it and allowed Aaron to completely disrespect us when explaining we need to go to St. Louis with our kids for the monster truck show and we needed it filled before the end of the day of their 1 day swing so not even a 1 day. Aarons disrespect is also needing to be watched and going to scare away most customers. I will be telling our community about our experience!
