I had surgery in Dec and the surgery was fine, but on my follow up appointment I was told to go to physical therapy. I was concerned with the cost due to poor insurance coverage and I was assured that it would be completely covered by a code they put into the system. I made an important medical decision on what I was told at that appointment. I started going to PT and went to several appointments without a copay or bill then I get slapped with a $1600 bill for it 2 months later. I was completely lied to about the cost and how it was going to be cared for, I was not told it would depend on my insurance, that it was just a code that was entered in on the Doctor's side. Not only that, I now have severe nerve pain and lump on my wrist due to the surgery, and I keep getting told I just need to wait it out. When I called their office about the cost they said there was nothing that they could do and that it was all delt through my insurance. I also told them to cancel my next follow up and they did not, I had to go into mychart and cancel it the next day. I hope the person who is saying that they can submit a code for free follow up PT gets made aware that they need to stop saying it even if it is free with the patient's insurance. It is detrimental to a patient's financial situation, especially if the patient is still trying to pay off the surgery.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office today. I came in because I am still having pain in my left hand from a previous visit. I arrived at 9:45 a.m., 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, and was not called back until 10:45 a.m.
Waiting an entire hour after arriving early is unacceptable. During that time, I watched multiple patients come and go. While I understand that there are multiple doctors and that delays can happen, there was no communication or explanation for the excessive wait.
Patients arrange their schedules and take time off work to attend appointments. Our time should be valued and respected. Better time management and communication are clearly needed.
Very frustrating experience. I hope improvements are made so other patients do not experience the same issue.

I have 2 doctors here. One I met, Dr. Tull. And one I will meet in 2025 for a different part of my body. My PCP adores Dr. Tull so he came with really high recommendation from my PCP. Dr. Tull has a wonderful bedside manner. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about my upcoming surgery. I have 100% confidence in him doing a great job to help me become independent again.

I visit this office today and saw Dr K. Burns. I never in my 50 years had a fracture and now experiencing two fractures in my right arm. I provided a disk of my injuries from total access urgent care on grand and arsenal, where I was first diagnosed. So, I followed up today only to pay a $50.00 co payment for Dr Burns to tell me to come back in a week because she can’t complete a full evaluation on me. injury occurred Sunday so I am still in pain. She tried pressing on my injuries and my immediate response was to jump. I informed my entire arm is in pain and throbbing throughout along with burning sensation. They rewrapped the temporary cast back on and asked I come back next week. As if the pain and swollen will be gone or better.they told me that total access is known to make mistakes. I showed them a video of my fall. Never tried to take another X-ray, put an actual cast on to replace the temporary one. Not to mention that I was in tears while pressing down on my arm. That said, I will never visit this place again nor recommend anyone to this facility.
