  This is not a good place to visit for care. I called to talk to a nurse, I was told to figure it out myself. I came in for an appointment and was told that I canceled it when I did not. They told the doctor I was a walk-in, but I didn't ever cancel my appointment. The doctor brought people in, didn't explain who they were. When I issued a complaint, they told me his memory differs and stated I gave consent. I did not. The people rushed in the room and the doctor just started talking and wouldn't let me talk till the end. He didn't introduce himself or the people. He didnt explain anything. I stopped responding due to what I was told, the amount of people, and how they surrounded me and they all left. They wouldn't tell me why so many people were in the room until almost a year later. The office manager wouldn't tell me how to get an error on my chart fixed. I tried 5 times to get it corrected. She added someone onto an email and didn't even tell me that she added them or why. I told her the doctor didn't explain anything. They kept telling that I consented. I tied to update my chart information and was sent a blank document with a signature on it. My amendment request isn't in my medical file. I was told I can't ask anymore questions or talk about this issue anymore. They gave me information about my chart and won't clarify. I have a lot of questions. They won't answer. The people in the HIM and Corp Provacy Dept. were rude and sarcastic
