- FFfarscaperkcmJun 3, 20241.0Valet Service is horrible. There are no instructions when you give them your car about what to do when you come back and no one is to be found. Man I dealt with was rude, I had to go get my own car, he deliberately sent me to the wrong lot, when I fell down he laughed at me and refused to get help and thought it was all funny to make the little old lady almost pass out. I will never ever use the valet Service at DePaul medical center or hospital. Of course he would not tell me his name but I did take his picture. So don't deal with this man, save yourself.
