    My mother in law was told they would call a schedule her for an echocardiogram. She didn’t receive a call to schedule. When SHE then called to schedule was told there were only options were this Saturday or April 16th. After ANOTHER call it was found that she could come today 2/13/26 at 3pm. Well this morning she receives a call saying the machine for the echocardiogram was broken and they will have to reschedule but will call back to reschedule. Waited hours for a call back, don’t receive one. She finally called and let them know what she had been told about the appointment today (that it must be canceled due to a broken machine) and was told 1. Her appointment is still there and no need to reschedule because the machine is up and running fine. This is RIDICULOUS! It appears as though someone wanted to get off work early and FAKED a machine being broke for it. This is people’s health and that lady NEEDS to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!

    3 stars ONLY because Dr. Nanda is a great heart doctor but his supposed nurse imani or whoever she is IS AWFUL She shuttles you in with a group of other patients like you're cattle to get your weights and has the worst bedside manner!!!!
