  It bothers me to leave this negative review because I like Dr, Caren she Has been my children's pediatrician for years now, but the rude and unprofessional staff she has taking Appointments and answering the phones is the reason I will be looking for my children's a new doctor, I spoke to a woman name Paris today her attitude was horrible!..

  My son was sick and in morning I called thme to take appointment. They gave appointment for within 2 hours. I took son and they attended him soon and we got all checked ✅. With prescription medicine son is feeling better. Thank you to very kind and helpful team at St. Paul ssm health care.

  I waited 30 minutes in the lobby because the receptionist forgot to check us in. This is after one of her managers was discussing how they over booked and she was checking in patients wrong.... seeing as I work in the medical field this is unacceptable.... I'm here for something that should have taken a hour at most but has now turned into more.... I'm am very disappointed with the staff.... it seems as though the staff is lacking a lot lately....
