  Don’t waste your time at this facility. Horrible staff. Very negligent. I’ve never had a worse experience at a mental health facility in my life. I will make sure all my peers and love ones never waste their time coming here.

  I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Be careful if any of your loved ones have been admitted. Nursing NEGLECT takes place.

  Absolute garbage health care providers. My fiance went here to get his bipolar meds refilled. He was on lithium and olazapine for years. Due to not having blood work done, which is a requirement for lithium, they had to switch lithium to another medication . Totally understandable. But they never sent the prescription for olanzapine. so we called back to see if they would either send the prescription or at least let us know if we needed to discontinue the olanzapine all together and just only take the new medication. The front desk ladies told us that the doctor did not send a prescription for olanzapine and would not tell us if he needed to discontinue taking olanzapine at bedtime. Like what?? Excuse me ? We just paid to see a provider who should know very well if the 2 drugs have interactions or should still be taken together for the treatment of bipolar disorder. A health care provider should absolutely EXPLAIN TO THEIR PATIENTS what medications will be refilled, and which should be discontinued. On his discharge paperwork, it said to continue to take olanzapine at bedtime. He only has like 8 left and we either needed a refill, or to be educated to discontinue the medication all together. We got NEITHER ANSWER. That is unacceptable and DANGEROUS TO PATIENTS. In fact, they treated us like absolute crap, told me there was no way to send the NP a message to get clarification on what his medication schedule was supposed to be. That we would have to pay to be seen again when we literally JUST left. I asked for a manager and she told me there was no manager to speak to at the time. I asked when would be a better time to call to talk to a manager and then she HUNG UP ON ME.I have absolutely never dealt with such unprofessional, rude, and flat out incompetent health care workers in my life and as an RN, this makes me sick!

  I'm truly at a loss for words, this Team of Professionals were absolutely amazing I've had a very challenging week mentally and emotionally exhausted. I was referred to SSM Behavioral Health by my PCP and I'm so glad I called and came in. From the intake process as soon as I walked through the door to the evaluation with Nurse Misty truly an amazing human being and then the Nurse Practitioner Lexi was so attentive and professional. I was offered services that I truly need with the recent loss of my Mom and and my youngest child incarcerated. I'm so grateful and thankful for this group of beautiful people God Bless you all I feel so much better
