- HTHeather Taylor5 days ago1.0My husband had his teeth pulled in 2023 and had implanted dentures put in. Since then they have broken at least 4 times while eating food that shouldn't make teeth break like ice cream or noodles. Once just for snapping them in. I would NOT recommend!! The only reason they even deserve the one star is because the staff is very friendly when they tell you that they have no clue why the teeth that you've paid over $20k for keep breaking and that it's never happened before. Yeah ok.

The atmosphere is one of comfort and respect. They way the team works together is amazing. Everyone explains what they are doing and make certain I am comfortable. Never had this amount of care, compassion and professionalizm. Will never go anywhere else!

The past, every time I have an appointment, they will call and need to reschedule at least once prior to my appointment. They called today (my appointment I've had for months was today) to see if I could come in early, I told them I didn't know because I was at an oncology appointment when they called. After my oncology appointment I called to see about rescheduling and they said it would be 4 months before they could get me in! My appointment today was for my 6 month cleaning and they want me to wake until it's 10 months since my last cleaning to come in?! I'm not sure what's happened the last year but it's super frustrating. 😫
