  Went to appt. On 11-13-25 which was scheduled at 11:00. I called to tell them I may be late and was on my way. They said if more than 5 min I would have to reschedule. I got there at 11:06 and they said I'd have to be put on schedule for 1:30. So I had to cancel. Seemed a bit harsh. I rescheduled for Monday at 10:00. Get there at 09:15. Paige Lange who I really like was sick so I had to see Dr Whiting. He addressed 2 of my concerns well. The last one he threw out several ideas and as he was going out the door made a rude, unknowledgable remark. So here was my chance to respond..."don't insult me with your rude, personal ramblings".

  My primary is Dr. Zey-Thacker and I love her!! I always feel heard, she addresses my concerns, and is very knowledgeable. I’ve also seen Dr. Lang. She was helpful and treated my ear infection when my doctor was out of the office. I’m always able to get in and out quickly. The nurses are wonderful too. Their lab tech, Amy, is phenomenal and I’ve never had a better experience getting my blood drawn - she made it super easy. Happy to have this clinic here in town.

  Called at 445 and got end of day message w/ instructions to call on call if emergency. (they close at 5) They closed for the whole week between christmas and new Years leaving pts with ER as only option. They don't have admitting prevliges to the hospital so everyone has to go to ER if they need admitted.

  This place is fantastic. Staff is friendly and kind. Both Dr. Whiting and his NP are wonderful. I would 100% recommend this place.

  Staff fails to call back when you leave a message as well as very rude staff. Will interrupt you while your trying to explain what's wrong with you and when your phone disconnects due to poor signal they will rudely tell you shouldn't come back over a voicemail. Do not recommend.
