  Like many men, I was in denial and reluctant to admit my hearing loss over the years had progressed to the point of adversely impacting my day-to-day activities and interactions with others. After finally accepting the truth in my hearing loss and that impact, I began to search out solutions. That was over four years ago and I have to admit I can't recall exactly how I ended up at Miracle-Ear in Bolivar way back then, but here we are. Denise and Kayla are great to work with as they are both attentive, knowledgeable, considerate, and willing to put in the work effort to ensure I am getting the best results out of my investment in improved hearing. The hearing aid products I've experienced are of good quality and with features that allow customization to environmental factors and changing requirements. Additionally, warranty and up-grade opportunities permit future utilization of ever changing technologies and programming improvements if so desired. After-sale support is outstanding and has made me realize that choosing Miracle-Ear to support my hearing improvement needs was a great choice.   My Mamaw and I have had the best experiences here with Denise and Kayla. They get it. They're intuitive and genuine, it is life changing. As the person loving my hearing- impaired Mamaw, I learned so much, and was also validated for my concerns and support.

  I am very pleased with the people that work at the Bolivar office. From the time I walked in to get my hearing test they have been wonderful with fitting me with my hearing aids. When I was having trouble with my hearing aids and I would call the one I talked to would have me stop by and check them out for me and make sure I was taking them out of my ear correctly and clean them for me if needed. The ladies there are very friendly and helpful and treat me with respect. I would recommend them to anyone that is having hearing issues. Thank you girls keep up the good work.

  My wife needed hearing aides and was very hesitant and honestly a little embarrassed. She made the appointment and it was the next day. We both went . Denise was amazing. She welcomed both of us and made us feel comfortable while we waited for the appointment. Shortly Kayla came and got us . Took us in and started telling us all about it. How it works, why its important, and how easy and painless the process is . She made us feel so at ease and made sure we was both included into the conversation and decisions. She made sure we understood with no questions un answered then worked to get the hearing aides my wife needed . The most important thing. She made my wife feel proud to have them rather than embarrassed. Both Kayla and Denise are amazing and so kind. Like we are a part of a family at miracle ear.
