  My family’s experience with Traditions Hospice was a bright spot during a very difficult time. Every nurse that cared for my grandma was gentle, kind, and patient with her questions as well as ours. They took the time to listen to her and get to know her. Their staff is available 24/7 which was such a comfort to my grandma and to me when we needed assistance outside of normal business hours. From the chaplains to the social worker to the nursing assistants, this place is staffed with very special people. I would like to give an extra shout out to Rachel, who made my grandma feel like a queen from the first day they met. Grandma LOVED Rachel with her whole heart and our family is thankful for the care she gave until the very end. At the end of my grandma’s life, the Traditions staff was there every step of the way, making a plan for comfort meds and collaborating with the beautiful staff at Our Lady of Mercy Country Home to ensure that her passing would be peaceful and pain free. I would absolutely recommend Traditions to anyone looking for a caring and competent hospice team.

  I feel this is one of the most important reviews I have to make. One of the most emotional times in your life, when you have to make decisions whenever it comes to the time of your loved one passing on. I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care and compassion shown by the hospice staff who took care of my dad during his final days. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my dad was comfortable and at peace. The staff was not only professional, but also incredibly kind and understanding. They took the time to get to know my dad and his preferences, making sure he was always comfortable and well-cared for. Their kindness and support meant so much to my family during such a difficult time. I am forever grateful for the care and support provided by the hospice staff. They truly made a difference in my dad's final days, and I will always remember their kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
