- PJPeg Jeffries-BevelotApr 18, 20245.0I'm offering Dr. Tess a huge thank you. In December, 2023, I began having problems with a very painful, stiff neck. I thought it was just the stress I was experiencing, but when I couldn't turn my head and riding in the car would bring me to tears, I made an appointment with an orthopedic doctor for Jan. 2nd. He wanted an MRI. They finally scheduled that for Feb. 19th, then had to reschedule for another 2 weeks bc I have a pacemaker. The thank you to Dr. Tess happened on January 20, when she told me she felt she could give me some relief. WOW. She gave me an injection . . .RELIEF WAS IMMEDIATE. I could move my head, with full range of motion, for the first time in 7 weeks. . .PAIN FREE. I still had the MRI, at her suggestion. The Ortho doctor referred me to physical therapy. 48 days after my initial visit with him. Without Dr. Tess Garcia's intervention, I shudder to think what the pain level might have been , if I would have just waited on the Ortho doctors' suggestion. I highly recommend Dr. Tess and GiGi to anyone. Her caring approach to medicine and vast knowledge is commendable. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
