  Not a good experience at all. Dont advertise IV hydration if you dont offer it to patients. I waited hours to be told that I needed to go to the ER because they couldn't give me fluids. I won't ever go back.

  This place deserves lower than a 2.3 star rating It took three hours for me to be seen for a simple shoulder fracture, despite me arriving for my scheduled appointment on time and checked in. Staff didn't seem too interested in treatment. I think the most time spent out of the whole visit was waiting and watching the kids shows that they had on TV. Waiting for someone who is in pain it feels like forever. Only reason why I went here is because it was in network with my insurance but seeing the negative reviews and my experience I will never visit another SSm urgent care ever again. If you need medical equipment and they offer it to you DO NOT ACCEPT IT. I was billed an outrageous amount for an arm sling that they gave me that I could have gotten at Walmart for less than $10. They Bill at ER rates as well. See the attached photo, this is what they charged to take one x-ray and a 3-hour wait. What a pitiful money hungry excuse for an urgent care.

  Thank god for this urgent care. I did have to wait a bit but you could tell the staff was busy and working hard. It's flu season and I just know they were getting their butts kicked with an influx of patients. They saw me, got me tested for the flu (which I did have) and made sure to get me on the proper medications to help me get through it. While in the waiting room I had to listen to a whiny grown man being aggressive and threatening toward staff. I wish people would realize the staff is going as fast as they can. Not everything in life is immediate. Thank you for everything you do guys! I appreciate you.

  Despite advertising as an Urgent Care, they have a “policy of billing as a hospital emergency room”. If you have a copay for urgent care, this fraudulent billing practice will not be covered and will end up hitting your deductible as an ER visit (I.e. out of pocket). Absolutely crooked billing practice.
