  Pearl Vision employee who helped with insurance verification could have been more helpful. She made it feel like an inconvenience to verify my insurance and wanted me to reschedule my appointment. They also didn't understand my coverage and benefits. That was a struggle. The eye doctor was very nice to me.

  Like always my visit there was amazing the People/staff there are very friendly and professional they know exactly what they are doing just amazing professional place I recommend pearl vision to everyone

  Dr. Wingard is a very nice person. Besides his skills as a doctor, his bedside manners are impeccable! He displayed active listening, eye contact, respectful communication, and empathy at a time when I was at a low point in my life.

  Rae was amazing, came in for an eye exam at 3pm… didn’t leave until 5:30pm. She was very helpful with negotiating frames and prices I just cannot thank her enough. Very professional and friendly and answered any question I had. I aspire to have a plentiful collection like hers!

  I’ve been coming to Pearl for many years. Since the new management, this was the Best Professional service. From the check in to the exam to check out, the staff was Excellent !! Thank you Dr. Ryan (first name) !!
