  Hello, Out There! Just wanted to put in a good word for the people at Osteostrong in Woodbury! Ali and the rest of her team are incredibly kind, caring, and so very knowledgeable. They are basically one on one with you every step of the way while you use the machines tailored to helping you build bone. It’s called bio loading! Seems like there are so many people out there, not just woman that desperately deserve options that work when it comes to building up our bone health. Something that most of us have taken for granted far too long. And before you know it you’ve got a big problem because bone health is tied to immune health besides just keeping us standing upright. Anyway they have the science behind their program for building better bone health, lots of personal support, a clean and quiet place, and there is community too, because you are not on your own there! This is an easy place to go in and get your workout done fast or slow. It’s convenient is what I’m trying to say. All at an affordable price! I highly recommend that if you’re curious at all just check it out! There are no obnoxious sales tactics at this place! So check it out cause I think you’re going to be glad you did!   I had always heard good things about OsteoStrong and i decided to give it a try. I had some knee pain that seemed to go away in the first month of attending sessions. After a year, I feel stronger and no more joint pain. They started to offer X3 for strength training and I am excited to be trying that out. Each OsteoStrong session can be completed in 30 mins or less. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and trainers. I am glad I joined and feel so much better.

  The staff is awesome at Osteostrong Woodbury. They are very good with queuing technique as well as being fun to work with. I feel confident that I’m making gains as I get Visual feedback from the workout machines. This is motivating and gives me hope that my next dexa will show improvement in bone density markers! Thanks for the hope …and method !!

  Post cancer treatment, I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis and Osteopenia in my hips and spine. Almost two years in to coming to OsteoStrong and my repeat scan has completely reversed my diagnosis! I've also got to mention that everyone I've worked with has been welcoming, empathetic, and encouraging - especially Ali, the manager at the Woodbury location. I continue to be impressed with the progress and learning I get from here. Thank you, OsteoStrong!
