  I was so happy with everyone at True North from meeting the receptionists to being walked out after my procedure. Dr.Johnson was excellent and I would refer him to my friends and family. I was nervous about the procedure, but now I would feel calm and confident as I have more implants to go. They are a great team!

  Experienced intense pain during the procedure no explanation as to why and this was while I was under sedation. Won't be going back.

  I walked into Dr. Johnson’s oral surgery office in the kind of pain that makes you question every life decision that led you to having wisdom teeth. I walked out feeling like I had just experienced the gold standard of modern healthcare. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with compassion, urgency, and — something that should be standard everywhere but somehow still feels rare — genuine respect for who I am as a person. The entire team took care to use my preferred pronouns without hesitation or awkwardness. It wasn’t forced. It wasn’t performative. It was simply kind, natural, and affirming. That alone would’ve earned five stars. But then there was the care. Dr. Johnson did not just “treat” my wisdom tooth pain — he conquered it. He explained everything clearly, listened to every concern, and somehow managed to be both incredibly efficient and deeply reassuring at the same time. I felt safe, informed, and fully confident that I was in expert hands. The procedure itself was smooth, calm, and honestly far less intimidating than I expected — a true testament to both Dr. Johnson’s skill and the staff’s calming presence. They checked in on me constantly, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me like a human being rather than a chart number. If you’re looking for an oral surgery office that combines elite-level clinical excellence with genuine humanity, dignity, and respect — this is it. I would recommend Dr. Johnson and this entire team to anyone who wants not just great dental care, but great people caring for them. My jaw is healing. My pain is gone.   Great experience getting my daughter’s Wisdom Teeth out! Friendly and efficient and answered all my concerns due to my daughter being Type 1 Diabetic!

  While my procedure went well, no issues, the lady/hygenist/whatever who helped me after my surgery/anesthesia, and walked me to my ride outside, was so incredibly disrespectful. Immediately after bringing me to a recovery chair, and then finding out I would need to take 30 SECONDS to change from their tshirt to my long sleeve shirt (because nobody ever told me I couldn't have sleeves for my appt.) She launches into how people are disrespectful and "can't follow simple directions" because they "dont think its a real surgery". Literally took me 30sec. To change. And she said all of this maybe 6-10ft away from me, while I was recovering enough to walk on my own. I was awake and FULLY AWARE of what she was saying. No idea who she was telling, but thats irrelevant. I work in Healthcare. What she said was beyond unprofessional, and rude. I HIGHLY doubt this is the first complaint on her. I will not be back. EDITING to add that I had pre op instructions given to me verbally, due to other issues. She "went over the entire list", allegedly, which i now know is not true, and I was not given all the proper information.
