- HMHannah MDec 15, 20251.0While my procedure went well, no issues, the lady/hygenist/whatever who helped me after my surgery/anesthesia, and walked me to my ride outside, was so incredibly disrespectful. Immediately after bringing me to a recovery chair, and then finding out I would need to take 30 SECONDS to change from their tshirt to my long sleeve shirt (because nobody ever told me I couldn't have sleeves for my appt.) She launches into how people are disrespectful and "can't follow simple directions" because they "dont think its a real surgery". Literally took me 30sec. To change. And she said all of this maybe 6-10ft away from me, while I was recovering enough to walk on my own. I was awake and FULLY AWARE of what she was saying. No idea who she was telling, but thats irrelevant. I work in Healthcare. What she said was beyond unprofessional, and rude. I HIGHLY doubt this is the first complaint on her. I will not be back. EDITING to add that I had pre op instructions given to me verbally, due to other issues. She "went over the entire list", allegedly, which i now know is not true, and I was not given all the proper information.
