We spent $1,660 on insoles for my husband at The Good Feet Store in December 2024. At first they were okay, but my husband's feet started getting worse. He was in so much pain, he could hardly walk. He finally broke down and went to see a podiatrist. The podiatrist told him they see this all the time.... People wasting their money on the over priced product(s) at The Good Feet Store. The doc made him custom insoles that cost only $550 and it fixed his problem. Don't listen to the sales pitch they give you about how getting insoles from a doctor don't work. Of course they're gonna say that... They want you to buy their product so they get their commission!
Sickening how much money we wasted!!!!

This place may give relief to a small percentage of people but when I went in it seemed like a scam. I was having pain in my right arch. So I made an appointment for a fitting at the good feet store. Upon entering the store no one was in the store. Eventually an employee came out from the back. Long story short, they put their inserts in THEIR shoes, which did feel marginally better. But when they went into my shoes they provided no relief.
The sales person tries to sell you 4 different products and tells you time is a factor. It might work for you but it didn't work for me. If you do decide to go with this product the inserts cost $200 to $500 and then the insoles are $80 for a 3 pack. Hope this helps anyone reading.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet arch supports differ from regular inserts and insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide firm yet flexible support to correct poor foot biomechanics and offer long-term pain relief, unlike typical over-the-counter inserts.
Can arch supports help if I already wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, because foot pain often originates from foot biomechanics rather than shoes. Arch supports stabilize the foot, potentially reducing pain caused by foot-related problems.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them at The Good Feet Store?
Yes, for customers aged 6 and above, arch supports are stocked in store and can be worn home the same day after fitting.
