I got an appt for an eye exam since my Rx was over 2 years old. They got me in on a SUNDAY for the Rx exam (got back from my cruise that Saturday) and I picked out frames as well, and this was the Sunday before Christmas. We were travelling again on Jan 1st and I thought there was NO way I'd get them before we left. Well, I got an early Xmas present, they were ready on the 31st! They stayed open until 6pm and I was able to pick them up and get them before our flight on the 1st. WONDERFUL customer service from both the optician and assistance, and the frame/sales guy. Thank you so much! You now have a repeat customer who will recommend you to everyone who needs glasses. Much appreciated for the speed and service!
