  Worst possible service and care ever seen at a dentist! I had a referred consultation in Dec and the amount on the treatment plan was way more than the ballpark figure originally provided so I asked for a new treatment plan for dentures instead of implants. I made multiple calls through 8 months to remind the dr and staff, my alternative treatment plan was still not made. I finally had to cancel my next day appointment to fix my teeth because of no alternative treatment plan. How can they keep an appointment when they don't know what they're going to work on??? I tried to work with them again and the same lack of care was provided. After a month of calls. Dr. Dresen has promised me the treatment plan by email. 2 weeks AFTER it was PROMISED to be sent, I am still waiting for an email to be composed. 1 alternative treatment plan= Over a year of waiting with continuous contact on my part=FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!! Response To My Review: I prefer a company who keeps their word and appointments. I WILL NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE OF TRUSTING THIS OFFICE FOR A 3RD TIME!

  Actually I am the wife of Thomas. I so much had such a fear of dentists from a very bad experience. Walking into this office, from the front desk person to dental staff and dentist was the best experience ever! 5 ⭐️ plus!

  Dr. Dresen is the best. His work is top notch and the staff is wonderful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Especially if you have a phobia about dentistry, which I did, he is fantastic.
