- AJAmanda JDec 31, 20251.0Worst possible service and care ever seen at a dentist! I had a referred consultation in Dec and the amount on the treatment plan was way more than the ballpark figure originally provided so I asked for a new treatment plan for dentures instead of implants. I made multiple calls through 8 months to remind the dr and staff, my alternative treatment plan was still not made. I finally had to cancel my appointment to fix my teeth because of no alternative treatment plan. How can they keep an appointment when they don't know what they're going to work on??? I tried to work with them again and the same lack of care was provided. After a month of calls. Dr. Dresen has promised me the treatment plan by email. 2 weeks AFTER it was PROMISED to be sent, I am still waiting for an email to be composed. 1 alternative treatment plan= Over a year of waiting with continuous contact on my part=FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!

I was referred to him after my primary dentist informed me that I needed to replace my bridge (which included all my top front teeth). I’ve had 4 previous bridges with various providers over the years that have struggled to achieve a natural looking smile due to the movement in some of my teeth. Working with Dr. Dresen and his team was a breath of fresh air! I know I was a challenging patient given my circumstances and at times very picky about the aesthetics of my teeth, but Dr. Dresen was not only patient and kind, but he was receptive and supportive of my opinions. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and his staff was such a pleasure to see at every appointment! Unlike the other providers I have worked with, Dr. Dresen went the extra mile to ensure I was pleased with the look of my smile, even allowing me to work directly with the lab that designed my bridge – I never had this opportunity before with another provider. Dr. Dresen far exceeded my expectations and gave me the beautiful smile I have always desired! (Photos attached) I cannot thank him and his wonderful team enough for all their hard work!
