As the only facility of its kind in the region, the Club Bethesda Wellness Center is available to older adults ages 50+. Its aging-successfully model uniquely empowers older adults to embrace their personal lifestyle choices while having access to equitable resources that promote improved management of chronic conditions, access to recovery services, overall mental wellness, fall prevention, and community flourishing.
Wellness center activities include fitness classes for every ability (land and water), a Parkinson’s Boxing class, virtual options, resources from local community partnerships, a Fit-For-Surgery aquatic wellness program, and overall close proximity to Bethesda's chapel, Brother's Cafe + Bistro, and accessible campus spaces
