  Walked in to a friendly staff and calm waiting area. I’m not an anxious person, but this environment had a great chill vibe. The initial paperwork was completed on my phone before coming in & easy. After a few moments I was brought back and began my consult to determine if I was a root canal candidate or would have to go to oral surgery… after some imaging, education, watched a video to learn the process and then met with the doctor. Thankfully she felt confident to save it and after talking with her and the staff, I felt confident that she could too. Highly recommend Dr. Castro, great experience!

  I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone here! The doctor is caring and calming, giving all the information I wanted and showed me exactly what was going on. They always gave potential costs up front and didn’t charge for anything not yet done. They were really motivated to save my tooth, whatever it takes, and I really appreciate that!

  When arriving to facility, I was nervous and pretty anxious. The staff was very warm and welcoming and explained the process step-by-step even showed a video on what they were going to do. I was very pleased with my experience.

  Dr. Castro and Kris are awesome! I was in and out quickly and felt like I got a ton on information which makes my anxiety about dentists a lot smoother.

  I had the best dental experience you can have when the dentist mentions the word “root canal”. As a nurse I’m the one sitting with hurting and scared people; however I was the one scared and am so grateful for the calm, caring and thorough attention to detail from White Bear Lake Endodontics! The service was exceptional and they were mindful to keep me informed throughout the entire experience. They explained the options and risks associated to each plan of care. I appreciate Dr. Castro offering other measures of comfort including: a warm blanket, suctioning between treatment, and explaining as the treatment went. If I could give a higher rating I would, because every staff member I encountered was very kind and welcoming.
