The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly understand body mechanics. I feel stronger, more stable, and more connected to my body than I have in a long time. Highly recommend!

Now that I’m in “recovery” Pilates has/ is giving me my life back. The people at the “ desk area” and my instructors have been so helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable (always giving good advice and modifications, when needed) it is so uplifting! Club Pilates has been fantastic for offering extensive variety in the workouts, in the class types, the instructors and availability. Within a matter of weeks I upgraded from 2 times/week to unlimited sessions. The entire staff, the members and the location is very welcoming. They also create events to become apart of a community if you are looking for more than just a solid workout. I would recommend checking out Club Pilates to anyone looking for a new studio or trying Pilates for the first time.
