  I do not recommend BrightStar as an employer. Their accounting and payroll department has made errors on my paychecks over 2 years time that I am still trying to fix today. I was a dedicated employee for almost 3 years. But I was not respected or listened to when I brought these mistakes to the attention of my supervisor. I was lied to and told to be silent. If 0 stars were possible, that would be my rating.

  I’m new to BrightStar Care and I have been very impressed with the Care that I am receiving. I think they have done an excellent job matching Me with people I can relate to.

  1. Excellent Intake by Dir.of Nursing & Owner very detailed. 2. Good Communication, Detailed, Organized and Scheduled Planner of Caregivers Who Rotate Daily in Your Home and it Finally Prevents Emotional Attachments. 3. Caregivers have checkin and checkout app, if not done the Company will call within 15mins. Also a Book is left in the Home Which Gives Report on HOME CARE PLAN AND CARE BIO ABOUT CLIENT, EMERGENCY CONTACT. 4. Any Changes in Schedule they call to Report it , As Soon As, REPORTED TO THEM. 5. The Client Feels Treatment is GREAT, the CAREGIVER care is Excellent and the NURSE care is Great.
