When the glasses came in, there was a small scratch on the lenses, so they were returned. When they came back, I still couldn't see clearly. The optometrist said that my cataracts were making it harder to completely correct my vision and referred me to Minnesota Eye Consultants. I scheduled cataract surgery and post-op appointments. Knowing that my prescription would change, I tried to return my glasses today (10/15/2025), I was told that I missed the window to return the glasses and the optical tech said that she couldn't override the return policy. She tried to contact the store manager by phone, but no one answered. She suggested writing a Google review so that the manager would address the problem. Otherwise I will be out $606 and have two pairs of glasses I can't use next week after my surgery.
