She provided exceptional customer service, answering all of my questions thoroughly. Not only did she help me select glasses, but she also assisted with getting contacts. I had been struggling to focus at work without my glasses, and Ophelia made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her—she did a fantastic job!"

- JAJordan AuslandMar 13, 20261.0I lyfted there for 30 dollars, they had typed my phone number wrong in when i made the call to schedule and did not enter in my insurance number correctly so they didnt have it, so they canceled my appointment and when i got there and explained to them the wrong phone number they took my MA insurance card and ran it through their system and denied me my appointment because they said they could find coverage for me. So another 30 dollars spent to get home, called the county and waited an hour just to find my insurance information is all correct, and they must have typed in my PMI number wrong. Terrible and unprofessional service.
