- JAJordan AuslandMar 13, 20261.0I lyfted there for 30 dollars, they had typed my phone number wrong in when i made the call to schedule and did not enter in my insurance number correctly so they didnt have it, so they canceled my appointment and when i got there and explained to them the wrong phone number they took my MA insurance card and ran it through their system and denied me my appointment because they said they could find coverage for me. So another 30 dollars spent to get home, called the county and waited an hour just to find my insurance information is all correct, and they must have typed in my PMI number wrong. Terrible and unprofessional service.

After wearing them for a few days I called to see if I can come back in because something isn’t right only to be told there is nothing they can. They generously offered for me to pay full price for another exam but couldn’t find a way to get me in for a couple weeks. Pretty much told me to pound sand. I know going to a major chain was a gamble but 0/10 I would not recommend this place to anyone. I actually will go out of my way to discourage people from coming here

Took her time with me finding the right pair of glasses, she didn't rush me to hurry up. And believe me I can never make my mind up lol. Ophelia was very helpful in helping me make my decision on the perfect pair. So if your looking for a good eye clinic and down to earth employees who care about you as an individual not a number come on in to Pearl Vision.

I’ve not had a retail experience like this in over 20 years. She went way above and beyond to get my son the pair of glasses he really wanted. Ophelia is smart, knowledgeable, kind, honest, accommodating and very hard working. She truly wanted us to have an exceptional experience at Pearl Vision, and she provided that what my son really wanted and she did everything she could to make sure he got the frames he wanted Our experience at Pearl Vision; specifically with Ophelia; made my entire month. I cannot recommend her enough.
