As an ex optician that is a money grab and extremely poor customer service. You should be ashamed actually. Disgusting business practice and behavior.

They would not schedule my contacts class appointment until the lenses came in, which resulted in a 3 week wait after the arrival of the lenses. The eye doctor who did my exam was in a rush. The person who did my contact class couldn't get me out of there fast enough. I was not given any information about contact lens care. My husband went to visionworks a week after I went to pearle and had his contacts, along with a thorough overview of care and maintenence, weeks before I did. I have had to learn everything from him since my "class" went over nothing other than putting the lens in and taking it out. As if that weren't enough, the price of my lenses are almost double through at pearle compared to other places. I called to get my prescription so I could take it elsewhere, and they will only provide it in person or via fax/mail. It's like they purposely want everything to be difficult. Safe to say I will not be returning.

I met with Dr. Thomas Meyer and he was so insightful while answering the questions I was asking him. He did a phenomenal job! I then sat with Nathan and he was AMAZING. My glasses had broke while playing sports so I was without them for the time being. He took the time to not only fix them but also helped me order sports goggles to make sure I was buying the correct pair. I will be making the drive to this location ( I live about 30 mins away) from here on out. Take my advice and come here!
