Frequently Asked Questions About Fix It Physical Therapy
How long will the treatment last?
Give yourself about 30 minutes to be appropriately assessed and treated.
What should I wear to my appointment?
We can fix mechanics through any type of clothing. If you are lifting that day, consider some lighter, workout clothing.
Why don't you take insurance?
By not taking insurance directly we can keep assessments and treatments efficient and effective. HSA and FSA accounts are very welcome, and you have the option to try for reimbursement from your private insurance company.
Why don't other PTs do what you do?
Kelly was determined, 18 years ago, that if she was going to fix pain and movement she was going to figure out how to do it effectively and efficiently, and she did! The team is happy to teach all PTs, through the Mentorship Program, the FAST Approach TM that addresses movement dysfunctions in an orderly fashion and resolves the issue quickly.
Can I see the same therapist each visit?
Yes, most definitely. At your first visit you will meet your therapist that will address your issue and you will have the opportunity to schedule a follow up appointment before you leave.
How many visits will I need?
This is dependent on how long the issue has been going on, but per our data we can fix an issue in an average of 3 visits.
