Dr. Micheal and his staff were so kind and generous with us. My son sat on his glasses and the screw popped out. Not only did they welcome us in but they worked on the glasses for an hour (it was bent and tricky hinge) and they succeeded in fixing them. Thank you so much!

She was very friendly and helpful. I came in to have my glasses adjusted because they had been bent at an angle and she fixed them immediately and for free.

Update. Attempted to ask them to correct it, but doubled down on their deceptive practices. Unsurprising from an MBA bro who cares more about making money than providing patient care. Stay away if you want to be treated like a human. I would not recommend going here unless you have the simplest, most straightforward eye needs. I am somewhat mad at myself for going here in the first place but definitely for expecting a solution to be reached by returning. I have a complex-ish eye problem but it's well passed the initial diagnostic phase, it's literally just updating my prescription if needed and ensuring I don't have an eye disease. The doctor wanted to re-diagnose me, and completely change up my prescription as if he was adding my case to his resume of brain injury diagnosis. I thought since he had a background in working with patients with brain injury, it would be an ok experience, but you have to go to the private practice in Richfield to be treated like your situation isn't too much for that clinic. He said multiple times "sometimes people just want to save a buck..." because I went to the target optical, as if I didn't deserve to save money because my eye issue. Even though I really chose to go there because A. I don't drive and it was close to my work, B. they accepted both my insurance and my partners, and C. his background in similar cases, not to "save a buck" especially because it was on no way saving any money as I was charged beyond what my insurance would cover for the initial exam because he had to "run more advanced tests". Again not a re-diagnosis, just a basic check up. I ordered glasses and after 8 days, my eyes were not adjusting so I was told I needed to come back for another appointment. I came back thinking it was going to be a recheck that was something that I wouldn't have to pay additional costs for but lo and behold, a new bill. As if it was my fault the prescription didn't work. He also acted as if I was dumb because I don't know all the differences between ophthalmologist, optometrist, and optician, but I've never had to worry about it before as the doctor/clinic I've gone to for the last 10 years has the same credentials as this doctor, but they didn't make a huge deal out of it, re-diagnose me/change up my prescription drastically, or charge me beyond insurance coverage and my experiences and prescription have worked well historically. I returned the glasses and would highly recommend going elsewhere. The ladies out front were wonderful and welcoming though.
