  I was really set back when the girl there really made a point that this is the last time you get to do this with my glasses and not in a very nice way. Now I’m not even sure if I wanna come back my prescription feels like it’s a little off so my review on the experience there is not very good.

  Been coming here for all my eye exams and needs for years and Dr Rangaard has always been thorough and professional. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is your typical neighborhood location that you like to keep going back to because they treat you so well.

  I had the pleasure of meeting with a wonderful in-take woman who was cheerful, smiling, comprehensive and knowledgable. The woman I met with to select glasses was also knowledgable, helpful, smiling, and personable. A completely enjoyable visit! When I went to pick up my new glasses, the staff was friendly, knowledgable and gave me immediate service. I love my new glasses. They are just perfect; I can see clear as a bell and they are pretty on my face. Thank you so much, Pearle Vision in Highland Park, Minnesota.

  Don’t recommend. Staff is condescending and treats people that have MA like trash. For example, they made glasses for me that were covered under my Blue Plus. Decent selection. I pick up my glasses and there is no spray bottle or lens cloth. I asked why I don’t get one and they said “We typically don’t give out wipes or spray” and I go “What? Why not?? Every Pearle does” and they go “It’s because there is no anti-reflective coating”. Oh? So you mean to tell me that I had to pay $100 just so I qualify for something that should be complementary??? Ridiculous. Of course, the customer next to me gets a complimentary bottle and wipe. They also have a weird policy about swapping cases or giving cases away. My glasses came in a pathetic little pouch. No protection at all. I asked for a hard case and the worker goes “lemme go check”. (Keep in mind, as I was filling out my initial paperwork for my eye exam, I can see the lab was full of cases). They come back and say, “Sorry, this pouch is all we have”. BS! So not only did they not offer spray or cloth, they don’t even give you a generic hard case for my glasses. I know it sounds minimal and something I shouldn’t complain about but, it upsets me. I feel like everyone should be treated fairly regardless of what insurance you may or may not have. I shouldn’t have to ask for something I know should be complementary. Will not be returning.
