My wife called them to dispute when we first received the bill. They never did anything. Called recently to straighten this out because it’s time for my annual exam. Called insurance, who confirmed the mis charge. Who then called their billing, who confirmed the same thing. Even though I saw them a year ago this month they say because it’s been over a year they can’t do anything about it. Woman on the phone kept talking over me and arguing with me. Too bad. Had a nice doctor. But their front end service and billing is abysmal. They just lost the business of a family of four over their pettiness. They could’ve offered a small refund or even just store credit. But nope. Not returning. In this day and age I’m not spending more than I need to. Especially for someone else’s mistake.
