- KWKatie WalkerFeb 7, 20261.0I’ve brought clients to this location multiple times, and the receptionist (the one who wears glasses with diamond accents) has been consistently rude, condescending, and impatient. When I asked basic questions about prescriptions and shipping because I genuinely didn’t understand the process. I was met with attitude that made me feel incompetent for not already knowing everything. At one visit, I asked to have my client’s glasses shipped. I was told shipping was $12, so I agreed. The receptionist then abruptly said, “Yeah, let’s not,” and dismissed the option, despite there being a valid reason I was requesting shipping in the first place. The way this was handled felt dismissive and disrespectful. This is especially concerning when working with clients who rely on clear, respectful communication. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly apologize for asking questions, and neither should my clients. The doctor is fine, but front desk behavior like this makes visits unnecessarily stressful. I hope management addresses the repeated concerns about front desk conduct.

I had an appointment and showed up on time. Took over 40 minutes before I was seen by the doc. No apologies or even an acknowledgment of this inconvenience at all by the receptionist.
