The gentleman that greeted me at the door was extremely rude because my insurance changed with my employer. He needed to make a phone call to make sure I had proper coverage while waiting for my insurance to get back to him time kept passing and it was 11:45 and I was asking if the doctor was going to be coming out anytime soon because now he’s late and I’ve been sitting here waiting. The gentlemen was very rude and did not understand where I was coming from on the fact that he was late and kept explaining to me that I just need to wait another 20 minutes, which is not OK after going back-and-forth with the receptionist guy and his rudeness I finally decided to just leave and not reschedule. I have been going to Pearle vision since I was a kid it was literally the first place I got my first pair of glasses, but every time I come that doctor Fabre is always behind. He never is on time you wait and I think that’s normal and I just thought the whole process this time because of the reception area was rude and I would never go back and I believe that doctor needs to learn how to time management
