  I went to this Pearle Vision once and will not be going back. Only raised to a 2 star because the eye doctor was nice and worked efficiently and accurately. The people working in the front and over the phone are very unorganized. I made sure to explain MULTIPLE times when in person that I do not have eye insurance currently and that I will be paying for everything out of pocket. They still looked up if I had insurance, which is fine, but they found an old inactive insurance plan from another state that had expired over a year ago. I told them many times to not file anything under that insurance and charge me for everything out of pocket. I thought I left paying for the full exam and a set of contacts. 1 month later, I received a letter in the mail from them saying I had an eye exam co-pay through my old expired insurance. I called them and it took a few days for them to figure it out, but sure enough they didn’t charge me for a glasses exam, just the contact exam and contact lenses, and filed the glasses exam portion through my expired insurance which I repeatedly asked them not to do. When I finally got a hold of someone over the phone, he was EXTREMELY rude about it. I explained I would pay OOP for the eye exam but that I was frustrated that I didn’t just pay for everything over a month ago as I requested and now have an unexpected payment over a month later due to their mistake. He kept saying things along the lines of “it wasn’t a mistake” or”I wasn’t there so I don’t know.” And repeatedly insinuated that I was in the wrong and that Pearle Vision wouldn’t have made that mistake. Due to the poor customer service, especially over the phone when I had to call to correct THEIR mistake, I won’t be going back. I try to be understanding that eye clinics are very busy, but a simple “I’m sorry for the confusion” would have gone a long way. It’s very clear they are very unorganized.

  Service was fine! Not sure if theyre cleaning machines in-between customers though.. And a worker was coughing with her mouth open every few seconds. This was back in January.

  I came in for an eye appointment and it was quick and easy. The doctor was friendly and had me out of there in about 10 minutes. I have no complaints and will be back in a few years for another checkup. The issue I had was with the prices of the frames. They were almost double the amount you can get them online. This seems to be the case with every eye doctor I have been with. Every time I get new glasses or lenses I do it online for less.
