That all changed when she was greeted by Joshua and Kim that were working the front area. Dr. Jackson took great care of my aunt and was patient with her during the exam guiding her through every part of the exam! I’m glad I went with this location for her first eye exam and she told me she wants return when the time comes. Joshua and Kim did an amazing job explaining the different types of lens offered and their benefits for everyday use as well as what allowance and copays VSP insurance will help with. Thank you again!

The 5 people I met at the St. Louis Park store from the exam to final glasses fitting exceeded my expectations in every way. I am grateful for brick and mortar store locations loaded with experts that care about my eyes. This is becoming a lost art, but not here.

It’s Saturday, I was told on Friday to come get them before 2, why am I here at 12:35pm and the place is locked up? This isn’t the first time. Don’t give a time if you’re not going to honor it.
