Price was exactly advertised (most frames were $95) and they gave an additional discount for multiple pairs. I will shop there again (or perhaps online).

I had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance and still waited 45 minutes in the store to be seen, even though I was the only customer there. I was told their machines “weren’t working properly” after I had already arrived, and the entire visit ended up taking over two hours. When I expressed frustration about the process, an employee went to the back and tried to discreetly give me a Starbucks gift card, which felt very unprofessional and inappropriate. I was then told my contact lenses would arrive in a week. It took almost a month. When they finally scheduled me to pick them up, they gave me a 10:45 AM appointment — only for me to arrive to a completely dark, locked store. After waiting, I was told they don’t even open until 11:00. Why schedule a patient before opening hours? This was a total waste of my time from start to finish. Poor communication, poor scheduling, and extremely disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
