On Sunday, November 23rd 2025, at approximately 12:30 PM, I entered your store to purchase a protein product that I had previously bought from the same location. As I walked into the store, I was holding my phone in my hand while looking at a saved photo of the exact protein container I needed. I was in a bit of a hurry since I had just come from a grocery store and wanted to make a quick purchase before heading home.
As I entered, the door was open, and I walked directly toward the back shelves where the product had been placed during my last visit. There was a woman in the store who appeared to be cleaning or organizing one of the shelves. She looked at me and asked, “What brings you today?”
I responded, “What you have here brings me in,” referring to the product I came to buy.
Immediately, and in an angry tone, she told me, “Move your phone away and don’t record me.”
I replied that I was not recording her — I was simply looking at the photo of the protein product I intended to buy. She continued speaking to me in a rude and confrontational manner, saying, “Don’t disrespect me.”
I told her that I was not disrespecting anyone and reminded her that I was a customer who should be treated politely. My phone was in my hand only because I was checking the product picture. I explained that she should not speak to me like that.
She then responded with an attitude and continued to speak to me in a disrespectful and dismissive manner. At that point, I decided to leave the store because her behavior was unprofessional, aggressive, and not appropriate for customer service.
I believe no customer should be treated this way. The employee’s unnecessary hostility and assumptions made me feel unwelcome, and this is not the kind of experience I expect from GNC.
I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Bought a $52 dollar tub of genuinely the worst tasting whey protein ever, while the woman behind the counter consistently tried to upsell me on other stuff. Then the transaction (from “dubois nutrition”..?) was deemed suspicious and locked my bank account.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon for some protein. The worker was overly pushy about the premium membership with GNC and asked me 3 different times and continued pushing when I clearly said no. After that he seemed to take it personally and stopped talking completely and was very short. After that he interrupted a conversation I was having with my girlfriend about supplements to tell me I’m getting them from the wrong place and should only get them from GNC. I’ve been in the gym game a long time and know my products and what I’m doing. I don’t need the GNC worker to try and push his stuff for a commission.

Great place to visit. Staff very knowledgeable and personable. A lot of product available at the location. Small location, 6 ppl here is a lot at one time. It's fairly relaxed and you may be the only person in the store for your visit. Prices are on par. Parking lot is a traffic jam, it shares with popular stores in the same mall.
