From the start with Carolynn for the initial consult, and Cassie with scheduling. Keeping a small handful of caretakers for my dad was important and they are doing great with this. Rolanda on the weeknds and Mary who comes in daily are great. The online notes that all of them leave is so important too. Helping me to see the day to day for my dad. Mark is great in the feedback and responses as well. Overall this is a good fit, as of now.
