    They charged me for a visit that was over 3 months ago. I payed all of my visits and was shocked to get a random bill when I haven’t been to counseling in 3 months. When I called they said that my card was on file and they just charged it. They said they don’t call customers for charges and just charge cards. They didn’t communicate and were very unapologetic and understand when I did talk to them. I wouldn’t recommend and will not be returning with company.

    First I would like to a dress to the one star comments..... Yes I agree with the receptionist. Needs improvement. Did you let her know about the service She was providing? Giving just a one star for poor receptionist is maybe a one deduction from a 5 star rating. My opinion.😌 To the other review most people have a first time not so good experience. Did you go to their website and educate yourself with which countsoler is best for you and your wife. Some dont bring up religion, and websites are not slow, it web companhe's and signals. I myself had some of these issues. Well I found a way to talk care of that, because truly I needed help. If your still needing help dont give up cuz. your worth it.😌

    Good luck getting help from the air-headed receptionist. She told me she would be sending me an email shortly, with the documents I was required to complete before they would put you on the schedule. She then calls me and leaves me voicemail restating that she would be sending the documents via email. I call her back the next day to ask where her email is...turns out, she had not only forgotten to send them, she had forgotten she had talked with me altogether. So, she tells me she will send them to me right away...I receive an email with "Click here for documents"...however, there was not hyperlink...just plain text (her memory and computer skills are both lacking). Also, their website is super slow.
