Dr.Bell is a very professional, humble, warm, experienced and knowledgeable doctor. He spent a good amount of his time on my exam and explained whats he is doing and what does each step mean. I would highly recommend Dr.Bell to someone who is looking for a highly knowledgeable & professional experience. I also got two pair of prescription glasses made and Lucas helped me through the process. He explained me different types of lenses, prices, insurance etc . He also spent time with me in making my selection process smooth and easy. He was very knowledgeable and professional indeed. He made sure all my questions were answered. I am very happy with the service at Target optical shoreview and would love to visit again. You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work.
