  I have been seeing Dr. Franco and the amazing hygienists since 2013. I always feel well cared for and as my family has grown, Dr. Franco is the dentist I trust to bring my children to.

  Few years ago went for some teeth cleanings and was told I have lots of cavities. Had all of them filled on my right side of my mouth before my insurance changed. Since then I've been to two other dentists who said I have zero cavities on my left side which I supposedly had 3 left to get filled. And now the ones Franco did fill I have to get the fillings redone because they're loose

  My hygienist, Bua, was great! She is skilled, very professional/personable and seems to know her profession quite well. Very bright.

  I've been coming to this dentistry for over 5 years. Coming from a background whose parent has worked in dentistry 40+ years, I know what to look for. Due to my employer's limited insurance options I've continued to see this dentist, but I will no longer after this year, due to compounded bad experiences. I am always seen 10-15min late. I always arrive on time, and seen late, no matter the time of day (morning or afternoon). This happened again at my cleaning today and I brought it up to the staff. The receptionist actually handled the situation very empathetically and said she made a note, but it really is frustrating to have this experience every time. Dr. Franco is not approachable and does not come off as knowledgeable. Every time she does my post-cleaning exam, she makes the same comments (mistakes) about my teeth. I have 2 veneers that she consistently mis-identifies, and says I have bone loss. I do have some recession in my gums, but they are examined every time and there's been no change in those 5 years. The hygienist is consistently correcting her during these exams and not only is it awkward, it is unprofessional. It shows a lack of engagement in her patients. Additionally, she is constantly trying to sell me prescription toothpaste and other products. I have gotten a second opinions about these products and they always say they are not needed. Additionally, I have had 2 emergency situations with my veneers that the office was extremely unhelpful with in both situations. I was in pain and couldn't eat with my veneer unglued and they couldn't get me scheduled. I called 2 other dentistries I was familiar with and they both offered to get me in first thing in the morning. Based on the level of care I've received over the past 5 years, I would not recommend this dentistry.
