StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Grand Ave offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- JLJustine LeeFeb 4, 20264.0I discovered this place through a Facebook offer for a one time $50 stretch. I had never been there before and it was in a great location on Grand Avenue. I had a stretch with Patti and overall, it was a great experience. It's not a massage and it's in a big large open room with eight other stretch beds so just be mentally prepared for that. The price point is a little bit high, but definitely a good option if you are feeling so sore and need help with a good stretch.

I started with this staff at the Woodbury location and it has been a lifesaver to keep my flexibility and strength. The staff from Woodbury moved to Grand Avenue which is super convenient for me and my trainer gives me the personal attention I need since I am recovering from shoulder injury. I looked around for a long time before starting this treatment and found a winner in this Stretchlab location.
