Smooth sailing from start to finish. I felt confident in my choice to go to Lens Crafters from the moment I walked in. I have zero regrets.

I have a coupon from work that covers everything as long as the frame is 500 or less, I get it every year. Why would you make a big deal about who I'm using it for? You realize the next time Ill just say it's for myself lmao in fact I've done just that twice before. He really was splitting hairs when he said "coupon says use on yourself or dependant". 5 stars for valynn though, I came back days later and they helped me out and all without boasting about doing it for 39 years lol

Just wanted to come on here and say how amazing the Lenscrafters customer service was (specifically the one in the Crossroads mall in St. Cloud, MN). We went to get some new glasses for my daughter, and I asked Valynn if they offered repair service for my own glasses. He told me he would see what he could figure out. Went to the back room, spent a while there and came back with fixed temples that were bent out of shape. Didnt charge anything, wouldn't even accept a tip. Highly recommended, and best eye place ive visited!

Corey was absolutely excellent! I have never had such great customer service. I didnt know exactly what I was looking for in frames except the material. I asked for his expertise and opinion. I learned so much about how he was choosing frames by measurements so it fits my specific features. I have always had a hard time choosing frames. Now i have knowledge to pick ones that i love and that suit my face. Throughout the whole process he asked what I thought and what I didnt like about chosen frames. He really hit the nail on the head! At the end he found ways to get a better discount for my lenses. The whole process made me want to tip him. I left with so much more knowledge that I can use moving forward. His expertise, kindness and patience with me was insane. I think i may have been there for 2 hours or more. Thank you Corey for giving great customer service! Im definitely coming back again! The other black haired lady there, in the morning, was so very nice! I didnt catch her name but the little conversation we had was so pleasant. Thank you, thank you!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
