  Was very disappointed with the customer service. I am new to the area so I am looking for a dentist. Called early in the morning to potentially schedule 2 appointment. One for me (who has state insurance) and one for my husband who would be a cash patient. Upon answering the phone, the receptionist say no and hangs up when I ask if they take state insurance? Will most definitely not be making an appointment here especially since that’s how they conduct business. I understand if my insurance wouldn’t be accepted but my intention was to still try to make an appointment for my husband. The receptionist would’ve known that had she waited instead of instantly hanging up.
