Our oral surgeons practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise in dental implant and bone grafting procedures, corrective jaw surgery and wisdom tooth removal. Dr. Jenny, Dr. Downie and Dr. Koehn‘s staff is trained in assisting with I.V. sedation and general anesthesia within our state-of-the-art office setting.
Four convenient offices with friendly receptionists and knowledgeable anesthesia-trained assistants and nurses located in Hastings, Apple Valley, Roseville and Maplewood.

We ended up having a hiccup in our scheduled date 2 days before our surgery. Kaitlyn and Dr. Koehn was able to quickly make arrangments and accomodations to still get our child in as we had originally anticipated. We are so thankful for Children's MN in St. Paul for their kindness, flexibility, staff and care we received also. The Dr, staff and everyone who was involved has made this experience for our family exceptionally wonderful and warming.
