I sent my order to this store due to the location but I would've drove further instead of having the experience I had here. First off, they never checked my ID when picking up my Meta Gen2 glasses.. Which I thought was a little strange. I find out my other pair of glasses were delivered the same day so I went back the next day I had off and to my surprise they said the glasses are not there. I pulled up the tracking and they claimed they don't sign and KAMARA was the name they just added. I asked what am I supposed to do and they referred me to the online source. I'm really dissatisfied with the entire ordeal. How do you give Meta glasses to someone without checking my id.. n then you just happened to lose a pair of Versace sunglasses?? this place is unprofessional and not a safe place to do online pick up transactions. Woodbury would never!!
