By far the best service and attention from Ms. Rachele! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel right at home, and above all, she addressed and resolved all my requests! If you want someone to assist you in a professional and friendly manner, Rachele is the right person for the job! I commend you for having such friendly and efficient staff. Thank you very much.

Worst experience. Figured it can't be as bad as the reviews, like come on, it's LensCrafters. I purchased two pairs of glasses, totalling over 1k.. I sent my order to this store due to the location but I would've drove further instead of having the experience I had here. First off, they never checked my ID when picking up my Meta Gen2 glasses.. Which I thought was a little strange. I find out my other pair of glasses were delivered the same day so I went back the next day I had off and to my surprise they said the glasses are not there. I pulled up the tracking and they claimed they don't sign and KAMARA was the name they just added. I asked what am I supposed to do and they referred me to the online source. I'm really dissatisfied with the entire ordeal. How do you give Meta glasses to someone without checking my id.. n then you just happened to lose a pair of Versace sunglasses?? this place is unprofessional and not a safe place to do online pick up transactions. Woodbury would never!!

I had really excellent help from the people at this store picking out new frames. There was a young woman who helped me named Aleah who was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and honest about which frames to buy for the shape of my face and my very near sighted prescription. I appreciated her help very much!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
