I was excited for my black card membership until I found out that I have to make an appointment and talk to an employee every time I want to use anything extra I paid for. Incredibly annoying. And I can't even use the massage chairs with the friend I brought with me. I will be switching to a classic membership after my first month is up. The black card is not worth the price.
