The instructors are so invested in your success and most importantly it’s the type of exercise that really meets you where you’re at - physically and mentally. I’ve gained so much from the mind body connection that is key to PB technique. I can’t recommend this workout enough! Give it 3 classes and you’ll get the flow and be hooked!
